1. Definitions and Scope of Agreement

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings set out below:

• "nsk8" refers to the online gambling platform operating under the domain nsk8.onl, including all its staff, agents and related parties.
• "Player" or "You" refers to any individual who has registered an account or is using the services provided by nsk8.
• "Services" covers all gambling products provided by nsk8, including online slots, live casino, sports betting, crash games, boxing betting and all other games available on this platform.
• "Account" means the user account registered with nsk8 and used to access all platform services.
• "Agreement" refers to this entire Terms and Conditions document together with all other policies published by nsk8, including the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

These Terms and Conditions form a valid and binding agreement between you and nsk8. This Agreement governs the use of all nsk8 services without exception. Should there be any conflict between this document and any translation or unofficial communication, the Malay version of this document shall prevail.

2. Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use nsk8 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 21 and above on the date of registration and throughout the period of account use.
• Not included on any list of individuals who have voluntarily excluded themselves from gambling or who have been designated by any relevant government body.
• Registration is not permitted for individuals acting on behalf of a third party or using another person's identity.
• Online gambling must not conflict with the laws applicable in your location when accessing the nsk8 platform.

Each player is allowed one account only. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all such accounts being suspended or closed without notice, along with forfeiture of all cash balances and bonuses.

During registration, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full name, valid email, mobile number and actual date of birth. nsk8 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time via a copy of your identity card (MyKad), passport or other relevant documents.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

nsk8 supports a range of payment methods suited to Malaysia players. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM/MYR) except payments made via crypto assets.

Accepted payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH.

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM100 per request.
• Withdrawal processing time: Usually between 5 and 30 minutes after the request is approved.

All deposits and withdrawals must use a payment method registered in your own name. nsk8 does not accept money transfers from or to third parties. The payment account used for deposits must be the same as the account used for withdrawals, unless specifically exempted by nsk8.

nsk8 reserves the right to delay or cancel any withdrawal request that raises suspicion of fraud, money laundering or a violation of these terms while an investigation is conducted.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotional offers made by nsk8 are subject to specific conditions. Players are responsible for understanding those conditions before accepting any bonus.

Welcome Bonus: nsk8 offers a 100% welcome bonus on your first deposit up to a maximum of RM888. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount received before any withdrawal from the bonus funds can be processed.

Example wagering requirement calculation:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM100 → Balance RM200 → Wagering requirement: RM100 × 15 = RM1,500
• Deposit RM1,800 → Bonus RM888 → Balance RM2,688 → Wagering requirement: RM888 × 15 = RM13,320

Additional conditions that apply to all nsk8 bonuses:

• Bonuses are eligible to be claimed once only per player, credit or debit card, e-wallet account, IP address or device.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash without meeting the wagering requirements set out.
• nsk8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if there is suspicion that the bonus is being misused or the player is involved in promotional abuse.
• Any attempt to manipulate the bonus system through hedging bets or similar strategies may result in account closure.

5. Player Conduct and Prohibitions

As a user of the nsk8 platform, you agree to use this service in a responsible, lawful manner that does not harm others. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorised method to access or interact with the nsk8 platform.
• Committing fraud, including the use of credit card or bank account information that does not belong to you.
• Exploiting any technical errors or software bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Winnings obtained through such means will not be paid out.
• Sharing your account or allowing others to use your account.
• Carrying out any activity related to money laundering or the financing of illegal activities through the nsk8 platform.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to circumvent any applicable geo-restrictions.

nsk8 uses an advanced monitoring system to detect suspicious or fraudulent activity. Violation of any of the above prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances and bonuses, and legal action where applicable.

6. Account Closure and Suspension

Players may close their nsk8 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Before the account is closed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be met and any pending withdrawals must be settled.

nsk8 reserves the right to suspend or close a player's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• There is suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• The player has violated any term in this Terms and Conditions document.
• The player is found to have more than one active account.
• Information provided during registration or verification is found to be false or inaccurate.
• The player requests self-exclusion through the nsk8 responsible gambling programme.

In cases where an account is closed due to a breach of terms, nsk8 reserves the right to retain any balance in the account as compensation pending the completion of an investigation. For voluntary closures that do not involve any breach, valid account balances will be returned to the player via the original payment method.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Any financial loss arising from the use of the nsk8 platform, including losses from gambling activity.

nsk8 is responsible for ensuring the platform operates correctly and fairly. Should a technical error occur during a game session that affects the outcome, nsk8 reserves the right to void the round in question and return the original bet to the player. The final decision in all technical disputes rests with nsk8.

9. Responsible Gambling

10. Dispute Resolution
